Getting Involved & Finding Community
The Center for Diversity & Inclusion offers many ways for students to get involved with LGBTQA programs/events/services on campus & off campus:
Apply to be a LGBTQ Peer Educator, where you will sit on panels for RSB, lead conversations and become a peer advisor in Queer Talk, and help out in other LGBTQ initiatives through the Center.
Attend CDI's LGBTQA Fall Mixer and Information Fair, which happens every Fall during the first week of classes, the Coming Out Monologues every October, AND the annual DC LGBTQ Student Conference every November!(check our events calendar!)
Request an LGBTQ Peer Advisor to get questions answered about LGBTQA life on campus and in DC. Available for current students & prospective students!
Have questions about LGBTQ identities, programs, services, or initiatives on campus? Stop by the Center for Diversity & Inclusion in Mary Graydon Center Room 201/202 to meet our staff and get to know Matt, CDI's Coordinator of LGBTQ Programming.
