Facilities Training Coordinator

Celina Ryan is the Facilities Training Coordinator at AU, a hybrid position within Workplace Learning and Development in the Human Resources and Facilities Management Departments. For Workplace Learning and Development, she facilitates trainings, focus groups, retreats and organizational development consulting for all staff at the university. In Facilities, she supports professional development opportunities for staff, including memberships, trainings, the PMP process, the mentoring program and individual development planning. Celina also plays an active role on Staff Council, the elected staff representation across campus.
Celina earned her Master of Science in Organization Development at American University in 2013. Her Bachelors of Arts from Salisbury University in 2007 is a double major in Communications and Spanish. She stays an active learner in the OrgDev community as a member of International Organization Development Association (IODA) and Organization Development Network (ODN). Celina is a certified facilitator for programs with Development Dimensions International (DDI).
