American University's (AU) main campus is located at 4400 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20016.

Parking
The Katzen Arts Center is located on Massachusetts Avenue NW across from our main campus.
When you arrive at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue NW and Glover Gate, turn into the Katzen Parking garage and follow the signs to level P2.
Parking is by guest permit only from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. No permit is needed after 5 p.m. or on weekends. If you have preregistered your visit, your confirmation packet contains your permit. If you have not preregistered, you will need to see the attendant at the Welcome Center on the second floor and ask for a guest parking permit. It will be necessary to return to your vehicle to display the permit on the dashboard.
