As Assistant Director, Lorenley develops all the retention initiatives, such as the mentorship and summer transition enrichment programs and designs and implements the advising system and protocols. Outside of AU, Ms. Baez is an organization development consultant, where she has worked with various organizations who seek to enhance their operations through valuing diversity and team development. Her professional interests include diversity education and training, identity development, and access to education.
