Black and Ebony Eagles Soar Together Across Generations

The inaugural Black Alumni and Student Reunion (BASR) is a signature alumni and student event that celebrates the black experience, highlights black excellence, provokes important conversations that impact the black community, and brings students and alumni together in meaningful ways.

The weekend features an engaging mix of casual and formal events – from networking and learning opportunities to entertaining and festive occasions. All programming is designed to welcome the university’s Black and African American communities and to celebrate their ties to AU.
