- Anne is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Douglass College. She spent much of her childhood in Germany, but has lived most of her adult life in the DC area. Her interests include foreign travel, classical music, gardening, and cycling. Her husband is a retired high school chemistry teacher and they have two daughters and five grandchildren.
