Miami- Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava will kick off the event with opening remarks, followed by a panel discussion featuring speakers who will discuss how leaders are implementing infrastructure solutions to combat extreme weather and inequity in their communities. There will be an opportunity for audience Q&A.
