- Kristopher K.Q. Pourzal is a choreographer, performer, educator and dramaturgical consultant. His performance work has been supported and/or presented by numerous NYC venues, including Brooklyn Arts Exchange, Danspace Project, GIBNEY, and The Kitchen. Currently pursuing a PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies at University of Maryland, College Park, his interests lie at the intersection of Black studies, queer theory, and dance history. His newest written work appears in the forthcoming Movement Research Performance Journal, issue 54.
