Andrew D. Thrasher is an adjunct instructor of religious studies who specializes in teaching Asian and comparative religion. He is currently working on a doctoral thesis at the University of Birmingham, UK, on belief in a post-secular context. He expects to obtain his doctorate in 2022 and enjoys studying in local coffee shops. He is a Virginia Beach transplant to the DC metro area, and dwells in Fairfax, VA, though greatly misses being a beach bum in summer months on the North End of the boardwalk.
