Bio
Jamie has conducted social science research for over 10 years, with several years studying organizational behavior and healthcare. Her work has focused on team behavior. This includes how teams share information and make effective decisions. She has also studied efforts to improve patient care and organizational effectiveness in hospitals. Jamie currently works as a research consultant for CEB. In this role, she interviews C-level executives to generate insights about best practices. Her work spans the areas of procurement, quality, real estate, and strategy.
