Bio
Eric Maribojoc teaches real estate principles and transactions, sustainability and urban planning and asset management at the Kogod School of Business at American University. He is an experienced real estate professional with over 22 years of experience in acquisition, financing, asset management, construction, leasing, re-positioning and sale of multifamily, office, retail and industrial commercial properties. He has worked with private equity groups investing in value-added commercial properties across the country and as a consultant to numerous real estate projects and business ventures.
