Jane brings to her role at American University well over 30 years of experience in corporate, business unit and functional level strategy. As a consultant and senior executive with responsibility for planning and finance, she has helped organizations reinvent their business models, develop growth strategies and scale their operations. Her breadth of experience in technology-based businesses, information services, and higher education, her intellectual curiosity and her fluency with conceptual thinking give her an edge in challenging others’ thinking, and identifying ways to create unique value for her clients.

Jane holds a Doctor of Management degree from the University of Maryland University College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.A. in econometrics from Manchester University, and a B.A. in economics from Liverpool University.
