Bio
As the CEO & Founder of The BEE FREE Woman and Developing Capacity Coaching, LLC, she coaches individuals and teams to use conscious leadership as a tool for inner healing and advancing equity. As an adjunct professor at American University, she coordinates the executive coaching program for the Education Policy and Leadership doctoral program and teaches Exercising Conscious Leadership.
