Rebecca Ackerman is an expert in CRM design and architecture, quantitative methods, predictive analytics, data science, and strategy. She specializes in digital transformation, process optimization, and business intelligence.
Rebecca is an Adjunct Instructor and a Lead Instructor at Stronghold Leadership. She mentors data science students, teaches quantitative methods and professional consulting, as well as Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, and PMP methodologies and certifications.
Additionally, she works as one of the Transformation Directors at a large retail technology company, she drives enterprise-wide innovation and operational efficiencies while also serving as the Retail Execution Product Owner.
Rebecca holds dual master’s degrees in public administration from Johns Hopkins University and Business Analytics from American University. She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an expert in seven coding languages, has multiple professional certifications and is an endless learner.
Rebecca is most proud of her work in her community. Rebecca is an advocate for women in STEM. She actively supports diversity and volunteers in her community, serving as an advisor for three mental health nonprofits, an operations officer for Next Up Florida, and the Young Professional Chairman for Hearts4Minds.
