Bio
Alicia joined AU's Office of Development and Alumni Relations in 2017, building on her extensive communications career in the education and nonprofit sectors. In her role at AU, Alicia develops and implements the alumni digital and social media engagement strategy, oversees the university-wide alumni email marketing and social media alumni engagement calendar, and advises colleagues in the deployment and use of online community tools.
