- Khalil joined HRL in October 2018 after serving as a maintenance technician around the DC, Maryland, Virginia area as well as time spent in Texas. He is a Maryland/DC Native. In his free time he is a recording engineer & photographer who also enjoys travel, sports, and spending time with his family.
