Sofia joined AU Rec Fit in January 2019. She graduated with a BA in Public Health in May 2019 from American University and is currently pursuing a MS in Health Promotion Management where she will graduate in December 2020! She oversees the fitness leaders for Recreational Sports and Fitness.
