Vick has over five years of experience in IT, including 4 years at AU as a LAN Analyst. Vick manages and troubleshoots the EagleNet network infrastructure, including: switches, wireless equipment, hubs, and cabling. Vick provides on-site technical support for the University community, resolving complex network and desktop hardware and software issues. Vick also conducts operational functions, monitors and troubleshoots the University's enterprise network system infrastructure (EagleNet) to ensure a consistently stable computing environment for the staff, faculty, and students. He also provides after hours Help Desk support, when needed. Prior to joining AU, Vick had worked as a LAN Technician and as a Network Administrator. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in IT. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is MCSE and CCNA certified.
