Bio
Kristian Warpinski is a first year PhD student in the Department of Justice, Law and Criminology. Her primary research interests include political violence and (counter)terrorism, the recruitment and mobilization of foreign fighters, and youth radicalization. Previous research included analysis of the use and legality of Private Military Contractors in the War on Terror, and the effectiveness of Disarmament, Demobilization, & Reintegration (DDR) campaigns in Africa.
