Rachel Kershaw is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in public policy management. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida in 2016, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. Her research interests include healthcare and social policy in addition to women in politics.
