- I am an intercultural trainer and consultant. I train inbound international executives and their families on U.S. culture and daily life in California. I also support immigrants, refugees and international students as they adjust to their new chapters in the US. Additionally, I consult with U.S.-based organizations and global teams and help them engage more successfully with clients and colleagues from different cultures. I write about crossing cultures at Harvard Business Review, and coauthored the book "Forging Bonds in a Global Workforce" with Andy Molinsky (McGraw Hill, 2024). I teach intercultural communication.
