Kristian Perry is an adjunct professor of Film and Media Arts. He's a writer, video editor and motion graphics artist specializing in educational and documentary media. He's had the great pleasure of creating media for the Smithsonian Institution, The Birthplace of Country Music Museum, The Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, and the Fort Henry Discovery Centre among others. His recent projects include producing short documentaries about health access disparities in Baltimore and developing computer interactive installations for the Fort York Center in Toronto. He began his DC career as Webmaster for Common Cause, creating media and software to keep activists engaged. He was a project manager for CTSG, guiding non-profits through the implementation of powerful web tools. In 2006 he left the web-world and joined the Film and Electronic Media program at AU. He earned his MFA in 2009 and has been making things ever since.
