Gain Applied Analytic Experience on National Security Issues

Are you looking for training and experience in the field of open source intelligence analysis? Are you interested in a career in this field in either government or the private sector? Welcome to AURORA!

AURORA will provide accepted students with training and applied experience analyzing key national security issues, including opportunities to publish their analysis. All AURORA publications will adhere to the Analytic Tradecraft Standards used by the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Students with roles in AURORA will also participate in periodic training in writing, briefing, and a range of open source analysis techniques. AURORA will host workshops and events with practitioners in the field.  This program is primarily geared towards students with a serious interest in open source intelligence analysis.

The application period is now closed. Applications will re-open in September.
