Bio
Patricia Bidol Padva, PhD, is a member of Adjunct Faculty for American University Masters in Organization Development Program and for the University-NTL- National Labor College’s Masters in Organization Development Program. She has many years of academic experience including teaching at American University, Cleveland State University, and the University of Michigan. She has taught courses in collaborative conflict management, diversity, organization development and leadership. Pat has been an academic advisor and on the doctoral or thesis committees of scores of graduate students over the years. She serves as dean and facilitator for NTL’s Human Interaction Labs.

Pat is an organization consultant and public sector mediator with over 25 years of experience with private sector, non-profit and governmental and sector clients in the United States, Canada, Israel and other countries.
