Bio
Le Bao is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Government, with concentrations in Political Methodology and Comparative Politics. He's also affiliated with the Center for Data Science at AU as a graduate fellow. His substantive research focuses on comparative political behavior, with emphasis on political polarization. Methodologically, he's interested in developing and improving the methods for studying political behavior, particularly for comparing behavior across contexts and for detecting unconventional data structures in the research of behaviors. He is also interested in applying Bayesian modeling, causal inference, survey methodology, and computational methods to questions of political science.
