Stephen B. Holt is a Ph.D. candidate in Public Administration at American University. His research focuses on public sector workforce dynamics, public organization performance, and education policy and administration. He is particularly interested in representation and motivation in the public sector workforce. He worked as a Research Analyst at Westat in Rockville, Maryland. His experience includes evaluation of school curricula, program evaluation of various initiatives from the Department of Education, Department of Labor, and National Institute of Health, and study design and instrument development for the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study cohort of 2010.
