Bio
Dr. Michael Shelby is the Chief Economist in the Transportation and Climate Division of the Office of Transportation and Air Quality at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Dr. Shelby analyzes climate change policy options and legislative proposals designed to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions, principally in the U.S. transportation sector. He has worked on air quality, air toxics and general environmental and energy policy issues for well over twenty five years. He has a Ph.D. from Boston University.
