Bio
I am primarily interested in the relationship between colonial exclusionary policies and indigenous populations, on state capacity in post-colonial states. My other research interests include comparative bureaucracy and education; the effect of globalization on local mediation of natural resource extraction in Southeast Asia, and the management of riparian interstate disputes by IGOs.
