University Conference & Guest Services

Conveniently located in Northwest Washington, D.C., American University accommodates guests in premier meeting and lodging sites on Main Campus, the Washington College of Law, and  East Campus Commons. While visiting AU’s carbon neutral campus and national campus arboretum, your guests will find themselves within walking distance of the Tenleytown-AU Metro station or an AU shuttle stop, allowing quick access to historic D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Whether planning a large reception, coordinating conference events, or pursuing lodging for summer events and internships, Conference & Guest Services is pleased to welcome you to American University’s campus.

Please use our new inquiry portal to share more information about your group’s conference needs. The first time you access the portal you will need to create an account. You will be able to log back into the portal and make edits about your group until a contract is sent to you by your UCGS Conference Manager.
