International Student and Scholar Advising

Advisors are here to help you with any academic or professional questions, concerns, and anxieties you might have. Or, if you need to speak to someone about immigration, university policies, or cultural adjustments, our advisors are available. Please see your advising options below and select the most appropriate type of service ISSS offers. 

General Inquiries

ISSS advisors can answer general inquiries by email and phone. We monitor emails daily (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.) and respond within 24 hours.

iEagle

Most requests for updates to your immigration record and immigration documents can be made electronically through iEagle. Once logged in, new students can view their immigration document and pre-arrival steps under the "New Student" menu. Current students can view their available request options under the "Current Student" menu.
