Nelson F. Migdal is a Principal Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig and the head of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate practice group. Nelson has been practicing law in the hospitality area for over 25 years, and has extensive experience in negotiating management agreements.

Recently, Nelson has been involved in several significant hotel projects. Nelson handled the hotel management agreements for The Echelon Place, the newest and most exciting mega-development in Las Vegas. As owner's counsel for The Trump Ocean Club in Panama, Nelson successfully represented the owner/developer in obtaining the first "Trump" license in Central America. Nelson is the owner's counsel for The Trump Soho Project in New York, and has handled the Exclusive License with Trump in Istanbul Turkey. Nelson is also counsel to ownership in connection with large mixed-use hospitality based projects in Hungary, Costa Rica, Bermuda and Atlanta, Georgia. Nelson is an officer of the Academy of Hospitality Industry Attorneys and a member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants.
