American University International Law Review The American University International Law Review publishes articles, critical essays, comments, and casenotes on a wide variety of international law topics, including public and private international law, the law of international organizations, international trade law, international arbitration, and international human rights.

Human Rights Brief The Human Rights Brief is a student-run publication of American University Washington College of Law Center for Human Rights & Humanitarian Law. Founded in 1994, the Brief provides continuous up-to-date content on cutting-edge legal issues.

American University Law Review Founded in 1952, the American University Law Review is the oldest and largest student-run publication at the American University Washington College of Law and publishes six issues each year. The Law Review receives approximately 2,500 submissions annually and publishes a wide range of legal scholarship from professors, judges, practicing lawyers, and renowned legal thinkers.

Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law The Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law, founded in 1992, provides a forum for those interested in gender issues and feminist legal studies. In 1998, the Journal expanded its mission to include social policy as well as gender issues.

Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition The Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition is a unique trilingual (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) competition established to train law students how to use the Inter-American human rights legal system as a legitimate forum for redressing human rights violations.

Action for Human Rights Action for Human Rights (AHR) is a student organization that brings together students and faculty to promote awareness of domestic and international human rights issues and their legal implications. It provides a forum for a balance of views and discussion about different topics.

Amnesty International AUWCL Amnesty International WCL Chapter shares the vision of Amnesty International and works to advance human rights. It provides Washington College of Law's student body with a forum to discuss and learn more about current rights issues with the aim of stopping both domestic and international human rights violations.

European Law Association Our mission is create greater knowledge of European tradition and legal system via intellectual exchange and discussions.

International Refugee Assistance Project The International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) organizes law students and attorneys to provide legal representation to those who have none. We help refugees navigate the rules and processes of resettlement in the US. Our work helps families escape from harm and persecution.
