Truman, Udall, and Goldwater Scholarships Info Session (Updated 3/13/13)

Come learn about the Truman, Udall, and Goldwater Scholarships and how to apply for a university nomination Thursday, March 21, 5:30-7pm in MGC 247. Stephen Bronskill, a former Udall Scholar and Truman finalist, will join Office of Merit Awards advisors in presenting this session.

The Harry S. Truman Scholarship Foundation awards $30,000 towards a graduate degree leading to a career in the public service and includes an internship the summer after undergraduate graduation.

The Morris K. Udall and Stewart L. Udall Foundation awards scholarships to students committed to careers related to the environment, tribal public policy, or Native American health care.

The Goldwater Scholarship is offered to only 300 current juniors majoring in biology, math, chemistry, and physics who are planning a research career.

The application deadline for the university nomination for these scholarships is Monday, April 1.
