Want to exercise and have fun at the same time? Our Group Exercise classes are a great way to get or stay in shape and enjoy it in the process. With a variety of classes including Zumba, Spinning, Yoga and Pilates, you will learn new techniques and stay motivated. Bring a friend and you can do it together!
Different from our Group Exercise classes, our Instructional Program classes (formerly known as Mind & Body classes) focus on a progression over a series of weeks. You have the opportunity to grow your skills and techniques throughout the session. We offer Vinyasa and Anusara-Inspired Yoga styles and Kyokushin Karate Instructional Programs.
A Personal Trainer will provide you with information and instruction you need to reach your health and fitness goals. You will meet one-on-one with a certified trainer who will design a personalized fitness plan just for you. In addition, the trainer will assess your fitness level at the start of our program, monitor your progress, and make appropriate adjustments to help you achieve the results you want.
