Pam Stevens is an energetic, resourceful media affairs and communications specialist with over 30 years’ experience in creating and delivering effective public affairs and media outreach strategies on behalf of decision-makers at the highest levels of government, television/radio, and private industry. She taps into her vast network of leaders in policy, politics, and news to focus media attention on clients to develop their profiles and reputations.
Prior to going into consulting, Stevens was the Director of Media Affairs and Strategic Initiatives for the House GOP Conference Committee. She also served as the head of Media Affairs for the 2016 Republican Convention in Cleveland and will serve in the same capacity for the 2020 Republican Convention in Charlotte. Over the course of her career, Stevens has served in three Presidential Administrations including serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary and Senior Adviser to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and as the White House Assistant Press Secretary and Director of Television in the George W. Bush White House and began her career as a Trip Coordinator during President Ronald Reagan's second White House term. Stevens was a Senior Editorial Political Producer at CNN for over a decade working for Larry King, Wolf Blitzer, and Bob Novak.
Stevens holds a B.A. in Communications from James Madison University. She is married and has two children. She and her family reside in West Springfield, VA.
