The Office of People & External Affairs is dedicated to supporting AU's staff and faculty, advancing a positive working and learning environment for all members of the AU community, enhancing AU's engagement with our immediate neighbors, Washington, DC, and the broader region, and furthering these and other strategic priorities for the university. The Office consists of Human Resources, the Office of Equity and Title IX, Community and Government Relations, WAMU, and the Strategic Plan, and is led by Vice President Seth Grossman.
