Bio: Karen Sultan is currently the Staff Development teacher at Westland Middle School in Montgomery County, Maryland. Throughout her career she has taught English and Social Studies, written curriculum for Montgomery County, and served as the Social Studies department chair.
Ms. Sultan has been happily married for 31 years, has three children and two dogs. She enjoys traveling, doing yoga, and reading, as well as volunteering with Lost Dog and Cat Rescue.
