What is TeamDynamix?

TeamDynamix is a project and portfolio management (PPM) software solution specifically tailored to accommodate the needs of Higher Education, with a simple yet powerful web-based interface, that is platform neutral. The system will allow users to submit and keep track of project requests.

How do I submit an IT Project Request in TeamDynamix?

1. Log in to TeamDynamix.
2. Fill out and submit the IT Project Request Form.

How do I log in to TeamDynamix?

For Clients:

  1. Go to the URL: https://american.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home/
  2. Log in using your AU username and password.

For Users:

  1. Go to the URL: https://american.teamdynamix.com/TDNext/Login.aspx
  2. Log in using your AU username and password.
How do I check the status of the Project Request?

1. Log in to TeamDynamix.
2. On your "Desktop" click on My Project Requests. In this area, you will see all OPEN Project Requests that you have submitted. Click the Title of the request you want to view.

How do I find the tasks I am supposed to work on?

After logging into the TeamDynamix, click on the MyWork tab at the top of the page, and select My Assignments.
