Please Join Us for the 34th Annual Ann Ferren Conference Thursday, January 12 - Friday, January 13, 2023
The Center for Teaching, Research & Learning is pleased to invite all faculty and staff to attend the Ann Ferren Conference on Teaching, Research & Learning. The conference will be held over two days - in virtual format on Thursday, January 12, 2023, and in person (with a virtual option) on Friday, January 13, 2023. The first day will begin with a morning plenary titled "What Is Effective Instruction and How Does It Improve the Student experience?" by Seth Gershenson (Professor, Department of Public Administration & Policy). The Friday lunch plenary will feature a panel conversation titled “A Focus on Student Retention: Creating Generative Communities That Nurture Sense of Belonging,” with a panel of AU faculty. The conference will also include 24 faculty-led sessions over the course of the two days.
