What was the most valuable thing you learned from WeLead?
The WeLead campaign training program helps you understand the opportunities and challenges of running for office. It grounds your aspirations in reality and helps visualize the process. The program provides helpful perspective and advice for prospective public leaders. 

What was your favorite part of the program?
The speakers and expert practitioners were my favorite part.

What advice would you give to the current WeLead class?
Actively engage with the program and utilize the book (REPRESENT The Woman's Guide to Running for Office and Changing the World) to create a game plan for your political career.

Casey is an emerging technology specialist with prior experience in the U.S. Senate. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies/Political Science from the University of Central Arkansas, a Master of Science degree from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Arts degree from The George Washington University.
