Congresswoman Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Kenyon College, having been elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School. At William & Mary, she was the editor-in-chief of the William & Mary Law Review and received the Gambrell Professionalism Award. Between college and law school, Fletcher worked in the business and non-profit sectors for six years.
