New this year, families have the option to choose a start time. The two start times are to accommodate all our guests due to construction happening in our Bender Arena. This construction is for the Alan and Amy Meltzer Center for Athletic Performance, made possible through a transformational $15 million Change Can’t Wait gift from Board of Trustees member Alan L. Meltzer, CAS/BA ’21, and his wife, Amy Meltzer.

FAQs
What if I register for the 8:30 AM but show up after?
You are welcome to join us later in the day. For space reasons, we are capping each session’s attendance and want to be sure there is room for you at our morning sessions.
If I register for 10:15 am, may I come to campus prior to 10:15 am?
If you arrive early, you’ll have the opportunity to take a campus tour and explore campus prior to your registration time. It’s a great way to start your day.
What will I miss if I do the 10:15 am option?
You won’t miss anything at all. The sessions are each repeated during the day. You will get to sleep in a little longer, but you won’t miss any AU information.
Before you travel to AU, please call the university information line at (202) 885-1100 to confirm that the university is open and that events are proceeding as scheduled. University closures are posted on the homepage.
