Timesheets and Monthly Leave Must Be Submitted and Approved No Later than May 27

As American University transitions to a new time and leave reporting tool for biweekly and monthly time and leave reporting, all time and leave reporting – biweekly pay period ending May 27 and monthly leave reports for May 31 – must be submitted and approved by no later than Friday, May 27. We request that HR representatives or alternate supervisors in your department approve any open timesheets or leave reports. 

As communicated earlier, the switch to the new Ellucian-provided “self-service” tool will take place over the Memorial Day weekend. A portal link to access the “self-service” new timesheet and leave reporting tool will become available for use on Monday, June 6.  

The Payroll Office and IT team are finalizing detailed video instructions and FAQs for the new tool. They will become available during the week of June 6.
