Anderson Computing Complex

The Anderson Computing Complex has over 100 Windows computers. There are also four classrooms available by reservation for all academic departments. Current class schedules are posted at the ACC. This is a general purpose computing center. Each classroom has a different purpose and thus has different software installed:

Assistive Technology

Two assistive technology workstations are available in the Anderson Computing Complex. The workstations are located in B-11 and B-13. The following is a list of the assistive technology available:

  • Alternate Input Devices: Kensington Expert Mouse, Kensington Orbit Trackball, and NoHands Mouse (available from the front desk)
  • Dragon NaturallySpeaking Preferred (voice recognition software)
  • JAWS for Windows (screen reading software)
  • OpenBook (optical character recognition software for visual impairments)
  • Versa Point Duo Interpoint Braille Embosser and Duxbury Braille Translation
  • WYNN Wizard (optical character recognition software for learning disabilities)
  • ZoomText Magnifier/ScreenReader

Documentation on each of these software programs is available from the front desk at the ACC.
