AU's enterprise resource planning system, Ellucian's Colleague, is comprised of several integrated modules to manage student academic records, financial information, human resources data, and alumni records.

Making every effort to understand the needs of our customers, three dedicated teams within the Office of Information Technology support Colleague. Special emphasis is placed on providing timely, relevant, and accurate services.

  • The Integrated Technology Solutions team supports purchasing, accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, financial aid, personnel, payroll, and job and applicant tracking.
  • The Student Information Systems team supports academic programs (degrees and concentrations), course definition, course enrollment, grade entry and reporting, advising and counseling, graduation eligibility, and residential life services.
  • The Enterprise Infrastructure team supports Colleague at the application level, with specialized programming, security, troubleshooting, and software update services. Additionally, they manage the underpinning database and operating system.
