Doctoral Students Selected to Attend ASPA Conference

Sarah Towne and Manjyot Bhan

Manjyot Bhan and Sarah Towne have been selected as Founders' Fellows by the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA). The Founders' Fellows Program is a competitive award offered by the ASPA that is intended to "support the development of students and young professionals in the field." As part of the award, Manjyot and Sarah will attend ASPA's 2014 conference and participate in the society's mentoring program. Bhan is an SPA Ph.D. student. She studies U.S. environmental policy, with a focus on collaborative environmental governance. Towne is a Ph.D. student studying public human resources management, gender and family policy.
