If you have an interest in education and working with the environment, apply to the Learning by Leading™ Smithsonian Gardens Ambassador program!

Learning by Leading™ is an opportunity for students to learn how to develop their own projects from start to finish in away that facilitates teambuilding and the ability to pursue environmental topics to create educational programming.

The Smithsonian Gardens is looking for a team of enthusiastic students with a passion for the environment, education, and community outreach to join the American University Learning by Leading™ internship program!

With knowledgeable staff and the resources of the Smithsonian, students are given the opportunity to create environmental educational programming that can look different semester to semester!
