AhealthyU's calendar challenge, Days to a Healthier You, begins March 1! To get started:
Step 1: Complete an online participation waiver. If you already completed an AhealthyU waiver since January 2020, skip this step.
Step 2: Join the challenge by/on March 1 on the Givhero app.
- New Givhero user? Tap givhero.page.link/ahealthier-you from your mobile phone, download the Givhero app*, and accept the challenge. Be sure to use your AU email address when creating your account.
- Computer users, simply click on the link, click on Access the Calendar to Log Activity, and create an account.
- Returning Givhero user? Tap givhero.page.link/ahealthier-you from your mobile phone and accept the challenge.
- Computer users, simply click on the link, click on Access the Calendar to Log Activity, and log-in to your account.
Step 3: Start logging your activities beginning March 1.
Note: No advance registration is required to participate in the challenge. All participants must have a Givhero account. Supporting a charity and inviting a sponsor are optional activities.
*Givhero app users are automatically enrolled to receive push notifications and may opt out at any time.
You can begin recording activities on your calendar beginning on March 1 straight from your mobile device or computer!
Using the Givhero App (recommended):
To log an activity:
- Tap on the challenge from your Givhero app dashboard, and then tap the triangular exclamation point icon to log the activity. On the calendar, tap on the plus icon and select your activity. Your entry will save automatically.
- You have the option to record your activity daily or at the end of each week. Multiple activities can be recorded on the same day. Activities cannot be logged for future dates.

Click on the check mark icon on that specific day and select none.
Using the online desktop calendar:

Each day you complete an activity* increases your chances of winning! Winners will be selected at random weekly and at the end of the challenge.
- Weekly Winners: Complete at least one activity each week (Monday - Sunday) and your name will be entered into a weekly raffle for a choice of $25 in EagleBucks or AhealthyU swag. One winner will be selected each week. Weekly winners are also eligible to win the grand prize.
- Grand Prize Winners: Two winner will be randomly selected at the end of the challenge to receive $100.
- Points to AhealthyU Game players can earn 5 points for logging at least one activity each week for all 5 weeks (Monday - Sunday).
*Logging more than one activity each day does not increase your chances of winning.
