The UES Scheduling Network consists of offices across campus that manage reservations for classrooms, meeting rooms, event venues, athletic facilities, residence halls, and other University spaces. Depending on the location you wish to reserve, your request will be reviewed and managed by the appropriate scheduling office.
Scheduling offices evaluate reservation requests, communicate with event hosts, and issue reservation confirmations or denials. Most offices respond to new requests within three business days. If you have not received an update within that timeframe, contact the scheduling office responsible for your requested location.

The Univerity Event Scheduling team coordinates campus-wide event scheduling and serves as the primary administrator of the enterprise EMS scheduling system.
